Our story

Moakia was born out of a want to help those less fortunate. We wanted to make it easy for everyone to help others and also be able to provide for ourselves, so we created Moakia

Moakia is a unique online shop that lets people express the good that is within them by simply shopping.

Moakia donates 50% of its profits to those in need by way of food, medical support and clothing. It is hard to make a difference as one person but as a team we can definitely do some good in our communities.

Whatever you purchase for yourself, 50% of the profit goes to those in need. This is our promise. Moakia gives this guarantee by providing total transparency of the company sales and profit, so you know you are truly helping someone in need. Will this percentage ever change? Yes. In the future, with your growing support, the percentage of profits that will go to those in need will grow, and we mean only ever grow! Our long-term goal is to increase the percentage of profits going to those in need but we need your support in achieving this.

We are currently based in Brasil but our immediate goal is to grow to the point where we are able to provide help to those in need based on the countries where our awesome customers are. e.g. you are in Indonesia and you buy a shirt, then the percentage of profits from your purchase should go to helping those in need in Indonesia. But let us get started first and prove that Love Works (great T-shirt print) around the world.

In time with Moakia success we hope to increase awareness and break down the stigma for those in need, and maybe then we can start to work together to break the cycle.
